How much does the invoicing software cost?
Invoicing software pricing starts at €0: the Free plan costs nothing for 6 months. After that, the Esencial plan costs €14.90 a month, Profesional €29.90 and Enterprise €45.90, always excluding VAT. With annual billing, you pay €149, €329 or €525 a year.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, and tax is added when you subscribe.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan doesn’t ask for any payment details: you sign up with your email and start invoicing straight away.
What happens when the Free plan ends?
The Free plan lasts 6 months. When it ends, the account becomes read-only: you can see everything, but you can’t create or issue anything until you choose a plan. We also notify you by email and in the bell 30, 7 and 3 days before.
Do I have to pay extra for Verifactu?
No. Verifactu submission and Facturae are included in every plan, including Free, with the number of invoices a month that each one includes.
What’s the difference between paying monthly or annually?
With annual billing you save 17% on Esencial, 8% on Profesional and 5% on Enterprise compared with twelve monthly payments.
What are the 2 months of the Profesional plan?
When you start on the Free plan you get 2 months with the Profesional plan’s features so you can try accounting, the CRM, the client portal and expense OCR. Then you decide which plan to continue with.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrading applies immediately and you only pay the pro-rata amount for the remaining days. Downgrading is scheduled for the next renewal.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We keep your data for your plan’s retention period in case you change your mind.
What happens if I reach my plan’s limit?
We notify you in the bell when you reach 80% of any limit, before anything is cut off, so you can change plan in good time.
Which plan suits me if I’m self-employed?
The Esencial plan is designed for the self-employed: for €14.90 a month (excluding VAT) you get 40 invoices a month with Verifactu and Facturae, quotes and delivery notes with no monthly limit, expense OCR, the client portal, recurring invoicing and the connection of your AI via MCP. If you also want accounting and CRM, they’re included in the Profesional plan.
How many users and companies does each plan include?
Free and Esencial include 1 user and 1 company; Profesional, up to 3 users and 1 company; and Enterprise, up to 4 users per company and 2 companies per account. If you need more, you can upgrade whenever you like: the change applies immediately and you only pay the pro-rata amount.
Do I get an invoice for my subscription?
Yes. Every charge has its invoice, downloadable as a PDF from the Subscription section of the app.
