Cookie policy
Which cookies the enumera.es website uses, what they are for and how you can accept them, reject them or change your mind whenever you like.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
One technical cookie
It remembers your cookie choice. It’s necessary and doesn’t require your consent.
Analytics, only if you accept
Google Analytics tells us how many visits there are and which pages are read. If you don’t accept, it isn’t installed.
No advertising
We don’t use advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. The law also applies to other similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage. The enumera.es website doesn’t use any of those other technologies: only the cookies described on this page.
Who is responsible?
The controller of the enumera.es website is Federico Vallés Millán (tax ID 72995026H), with registered address at C/ Johann Sebastián Bach 39, local, 50012 Zaragoza (Spain). You can write to us at info@enumera.es.
This policy applies to the enumera.es website. The app.enumera.es application has its own cookie policy.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| cookieyes-consent | First-party (managed with CookieYes) | Stores a random identifier and your cookie choice so we don’t ask you again on every visit. | Up to 1 year | Technical. No consent needed |
| _ga | Google Analytics (Google) | Distinguishes visitors with a random identifier to compile usage statistics. | Up to 400 days | Analytics. Only with your consent |
| _ga_4PMH15W09L | Google Analytics (Google) | Keeps the session state in Google Analytics. | Up to 400 days | Analytics. Only with your consent |
Google Analytics cookies last up to 400 days, the maximum allowed by Chrome, Edge or Firefox (Google sets them to 2 years); some browsers, such as Safari, delete them sooner.
Technical cookies
The cookieyes-consent cookie stores a random identifier for your consent and what you chose for each type of cookie. CookieYes uses that identifier to record your decision. It’s essential to respect your choice, which is why it’s exempt from the consent requirement (article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE) and is always installed.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to find out how many people visit the website, which pages they view and from what type of device, so that we can improve it. We don’t use it to show you advertising or to build profiles.
Until you accept them, no Google Analytics cookie is installed and no statistics are sent: the website uses Google’s consent mode (Consent Mode) with all permissions denied by default. Your browser does download the Google Analytics code from Google’s servers, so Google receives technical data from that connection, such as the IP address, but no cookies or statistics about your visit. And even if you click “Accept all”, Google’s advertising permissions remain denied.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may process data in the United States through Google LLC, which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (article 45 of the GDPR; you can check the list of participating companies). More information in Google’s privacy policy and in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Consent tool
The cookie notice runs on CookieYes, from CookieYes Limited (United Kingdom), which acts as data processor. To be able to prove that we respect your decision, it records a random identifier, the date and time, the options you chose, your IP address with the last part masked and your country. Those records are kept for up to one year. The United Kingdom is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (article 45 of the GDPR).
How to accept, reject or change your choice
The first time you visit the website you see a notice with three options at the same level: “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Customise”.
You can change your mind whenever you like: from the cookie button in the bottom-left corner, from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or from the button on this page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. If you withdraw it, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted and statistics stop being sent.
Your choice is kept for up to one year (less in some browsers, such as Safari). After that time, we’ll ask you again.
How to delete or block cookies from your browser
You can also delete cookies or prevent them from being installed in your browser settings:
If you block the technical cookie, the notice will appear again on every visit.
Your data and your rights
The data controller is the owner indicated at the beginning of this policy.
- Usage statistics with Google Analytics. Legal basis: your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR and article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE), which you can withdraw whenever you like.
- Record of your cookie choice. Legal basis: the obligation to be able to demonstrate consent (articles 6.1.c and 7.1 of the GDPR).
Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and CookieYes Limited (consent tool) are involved and process the data on our behalf. Cookies last as indicated in the table; Google Analytics keeps visit data for the period configured on the website, at most 14 months, and the consent record is kept for up to one year.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@enumera.es. If you believe they have not been addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies the website uses, we’ll update this policy and its date and, where the law requires it, we’ll ask for your consent again.
