Is Enumera invoicing software compatible with Verifactu?
Yes. Enumera is invoicing software adapted to Verifactu: every invoice you issue or cancel generates its chained Verifactu record, with its SHA-256 hash and the QR code on the PDF, and it’s sent automatically to the AEAT with your digital certificate. You can also validate first in the AEAT test environment, with no tax effect.
Can I start for free? Do I need a card?
Yes, and you don’t need a card. The Free plan lasts 6 months and includes 2 months of the Profesional plan so you can try all its features. After that, you choose the plan that suits you best.
Can I change plan or cancel whenever I want?
No commitment. Upgrading takes effect immediately (you only pay the pro-rata difference) and downgrading is scheduled for the renewal. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
How much does the invoicing software cost?
You can start with the Free plan, free and with no card. After that, the Esencial plan costs €14.90 a month, Profesional €29.90 and Enterprise €45.90, excluding VAT, or less if you pay annually. And they all include Verifactu and Facturae. Compare the plans.
When will Verifactu become mandatory?
According to the AEAT, companies must adapt before 1 January 2027 and everyone else required to do so, including freelancers, before 1 July 2027. We explain it in detail on our Verifactu page.
Will Enumera support mandatory e-invoicing between businesses?
Yes, we are getting it ready. Spain’s Crea y Crece law will require invoices between businesses to be issued and received electronically through the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT): from 6 October 2027 if your turnover exceeds €8 million, and from 6 October 2028 in all other cases. Meanwhile, Verifactu and Facturae already work on every plan. Read more in Features.
Does Enumera create the DeCA for goods haulage?
Yes. Since 5 October 2026, public road haulage of goods in Spain must carry an electronic control document (DeCA). Enumera creates it from your delivery notes, checks the mandatory details and generates a PDF with a QR code that the driver shows at an inspection. It is on every plan and you switch it on in Settings › Transport (DeCA). Read more in Features.
Is Enumera AI-powered invoicing software?
Yes. It includes an AI assistant in every plan (40,000 tokens a month on Free) and you can also use your own OpenAI or Anthropic key. You ask it, in writing or by voice, for an invoice, a quote, a payment or a reminder, it prepares it with your data and you confirm every action. It never issues anything, though: invoices stay as drafts for you to issue.
Can I connect my AI, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to Enumera?
Yes. Enumera is compatible with MCP, the standard AI agents use to connect to other tools. You connect Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent from Profile › My AI connections, and it works with your data and your permissions: it looks things up, prepares quotes, invoices or expenses and, with your approval, issues, collects or sends. AI connections are included from the Esencial plan. How invoicing with AI agents works.
Can I get paid for my invoices online?
Yes. Connect Stripe, PayPal, Redsys (with the Bizum option) or Paycomet, or give bank transfer instructions with your IBAN. Your customer pays from the link they receive with the invoice or from their portal (included from the Esencial plan) and, once the payment is confirmed, the invoice is marked as paid automatically. You can also turn on automatic payment reminders by email.
Can I customise my invoices with my logo?
Yes. You upload your logo for the PDFs (and, if you like, a different one per series), choose the template and the logo position, and add your legal texts to the footer. Plus, each customer receives their quotes, delivery notes and invoices in their own language.
Can I bring my data over from another program?
Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV as it is (from Odoo, Holded or a spreadsheet) and the AI suggests which field each column goes to. You can also import invoices in Facturae and keep your old PDFs as a reference archive.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Enumera works in any browser. It can also be installed as an app on your phone and computer, with its own icon and push notifications.
Is cloud invoicing software like Enumera secure?
On servers in the European Union, with daily backups. Certificates and keys are also stored encrypted, and every issued document becomes immutable, with its hash and an audit log.
Can my accountant work with me in Enumera?
Yes. From the Profesional plan you can invite them as a user with whatever role you prefer (for example, read-only), export the ledgers and tax forms for them, or give them access to a mirror copy of your documents.
Which languages is it available in?
In Spanish, English, Catalan, Galician, Basque, French and Portuguese. Plus, each customer receives their documents in their own language.
